Or, that there really is just too much to do, so you can't get it all done. When you're thinking this way, you're probably feeling overwhelmed, stressed out, and maybe you're even frantically rushing around trying to get everything done, but ending your day with an entire list of things undone. This leaves you feeling more stressed out and overwhelmed going into the next day, and that's a miserable way to be entrepreneuring and doing your daily life.
Today we're going to shed light on statements like; “I don't have enough time,” and, “there's too much to do and I can't get it all done,” so that you, and your brain can see the truth verses the non-truth in them.
I'm going to teach you a tool to bring awareness to how you're currently spending your time with a Time Truth Journal.
Now, the time journal is not a new tool, I didn't create it, but the way that I am going to have you do this Time Truth Journal is going to bring more awareness to you, than just tracking what you're doing in your time. That's not the only thing that we're going to do.
