Guitarist, purveyor of feedback, composer, DJ, possessor of great hair and provider of luscious six-string noise with Curve, Echobelly, Snowpony, Ye Nuns, The London Dirthole Company and Blindness is welcomed into the studio in this very special instalment of The Dukey Radio Show. 

The pair discuss the musician’s "Autobiographical Playlist" featuring six songs that have been pivotal in Smith’s life. From viewing the guitar as a substitute for a bow and arrow as a young child to enjoying the best and the worst of times while brandishing a Fender around her neck during the height of BritPop – Debbie is candid and captivating in equal measure. And in this insightful interview, the North London native explains just why, as an underaged lesbian in 1980s London, she shared a squat with the staff of her favourite Kings Cross club. That precocious dedication eventually saw her touring the world with Curve while barely being out of her teens.
