Lindsey and her husband, Andrew Roman are taking over the podcast today to chat about something that was quite literally life-changing that we did last month for the month of May. We took a work sabbatical for a month where I took off work from The Heart University, we cut out social media entirely, and legit hardly touched our phones AT ALL all month. It was absolutely life-changing and incredible for our family as a whole.
