Marty Penichter is the owner of Merlco Consulting, helping clients develop new products and business in the greater region of China.

Marty Penichter was born and raised in Buffalo, New York, USA. While working 3 dead-end jobs, his brother pushed him to join a program that eventually sent him to study linguistics and business in China. Marty is a yes-man who worked many different jobs ranging from runway model to English teacher, to voice acting for a cartoon show, and eventually starting his own International Trading Business in China.
