In this episode, I’m talking to Dr Andrea Pennington. Dr. Andrea Pennington is a Black American integrative physician, meditation teacher, and psychedelic integration mentor. She is a bestselling author of The Top 10 Traits of Highly Resilient People, The Orgasm Prescription for Women, and The Real Self Love Handbook. Dr. Andrea is also an international speaker with over 4 million views of her TED talks.
I met Dr. Andrea Pennington at Expert Empires, and found her story so inspiring. When I met her, I knew I had to ask her to come on the Fail Forward podcast to share with my viewers.
During the interview, I’ve asked Dr Andrea searching questions about how her childhood shaped her psychological approach to life, what her path to rock bottom looked like and how she recovered, going on to start a whole new life in a new country.
Throughout this podcast, Dr Andrea shares her real-life experience of burnout as a result of not living a life that truly aligns with your passion, energy and personality.
