Workaholism is defined as a compulsion to work excessively and long hours. I want to take it one step further and say that it is taking work everywhere with you even when you’re not technically working. I’m talking about responding to emails on your phone, hopping on your computer AFTER work when you’re meant to be spending quality time with family and friends… the examples are endless. Forbes is calling workaholism the addiction of the CENTURY.
Today we’re going to go over how to actually unhook from work and get back into the present moment. We’ll cover slowing down to achieve more and how to end each day feeling energized, not drained, and dreading the next day.
