Welcome back to the Recruitment Round-up with Toby and Nadia of Harrington Starr.
This week, the pair discuss the last of the group's key values: Positivity. Toby takes us back to why this is one of the core values they decided to adopt since Harrington Starr's inception and stresses the importance of building an environment of "radiators, rather than drainers".
Nadia summarises good recruitment as being able to positively look at a challenge – usually in the form of hiring needs – and discovering how best to overcome that. She mentions their infamous 'talent triangle', a term coined to encourage hiring managers to invest, train and build on positive candidates with huge potential in longevity.
