In this guided daily meditation practice we are focusing on taking a vacation within, and slowing down. As we honor ourselves, and our needs we are taking a pause to restore to alignment. We are using this time to take a break, and give ourselves an abundance of love. Through this practice we are visualizing a vacation within, and exploring what's possible when we take a moment of rest.
