This KAD Breaks Down & Cries When Reminiscing About Her Traumatic & Abusive Past & Adopted Life
Korean Adoptee Stories was privileged to have interviewed Glenda Coward. Glenda unfortunately has grown up in an abusive household including physical, emotional and mental abuse that she was forced to live in a group home at 14. Trying to escape that life she found herself in an abusive marriage and has suffered mental health issues. Until five years after that she was able to find herself in a healthy marriage and now has 3 children. She began a healing journey by writing a memoir of her troubled life as an adoptee called: "Adopted Kids Need Love Too." She hopes with this interview and book helps other adopted people struggling out there.
