Episode 94: Pig (2021)

This week at The Film Club we're concluding our Nic Cage Month with one of his favorite roles of his career, Pig. The film tells the story of truffle hunter Rob who was once a successful Chef in Seattle, but after the death of his wife he couldn't cope and became a recluse. Rob and his beloved truffle hunting pig collect truffles then sell them to local fine dining restaurants, but things change when his Pig is stolen from him. Rob and his client Amir go on the hunt to find the pig which leads them through the nightlife and various businesses of Seattle. Will Rob and Amir be able to find the pig? Or is this just another loss for Rob? Join us as we dive into the story of Pig.
