Sarah has been a Fire Fighter in NSW for 6 years. She's incredibly driven, she works hard and she keeps herself fit and healthy. Why? Because it's important. It's important for her own wellbeing but it's important for her job.
Sarah values physical fitness up there with Mental Health and Mental wellness and it's so evident in the way she speaks about her experiences that she's here to make a huge impact in both of these areas. You're honestly going to love this episode.
