In this guided daily meditation practice we are exploring the principle of polarity, and our ability to move through the scale of emotions, and feelings. In this meditation practice we are checking in with ourselves, and how we are doing. We are then moving up the scale, and embracing the degrees of emotions. We are using the 3, 2, 1 method to shift our state of being to a higher state, and to allow ourselves to choose more positive emotions.
