When we get older our bodies go through so many changes. We go for our yearly physicals. We also try to eat more healthy, exercise, become more active in trying to do more things that will improve ourselves mentally and physically. Also staying positive and relieving ourselves from stress. But one thing we cannot stop and that is the process of aging. We are going to get old and our body will ache. Some where down the line, we will suffer from some type of pain (ailment) disorder no matter where it is on our bodies; which can interfere in our daily activities. Especially getting up everyday to go to work, having a social life and taking care of ourselves and others. It can lead to depression, anxiety and trouble sleeping; which can make the pain worse. It's so important to get a full exam every year. We are not Doctors or Nurses and should take any chronic pain thats consistent very serious.
