In the final training of this week, we find gratitude with a Purposeful Guided Meditation In order to move onto making the necessary changes to find as much happiness and strength where we are now, we continue to get present.
Meditation is being still and being aware of our surroundings. I hope you enjoy this brief meditation, please use it as much as you need to.
Congratulations on finishing Week 1 - even though it may feel like we didn't really make any big changes or moves, remember that the first 5 days of this program are all about getting to know where you are first and being present.
The program continues on June 27 with new material regarding habits and routines - time to move into some small action steps!
