What does spiritual leadership look like practically in real-life? Do you have the right expectations for yourself when it comes to leading your family well?
Questions for your meet-up group:
- How would you define “spiritual leadership?” Would you consider yourself a spiritual leader? Why or why not?
- Are there certain areas of your life where you’re more prone to “selfish ambition?
- Would you say you have a “right view” of yourself? Do you tend to have a puffed up view of yourself, Or do you tend to have more Eeyore syndrome and see yourself too “low” or less-than?
- What does 'meekness' or 'power under control' look like as a husband and father?
- If you acted like today was your wife's birthday, what would you do differently?
- What does it mean to have an attitude like Christ when it comes to you as a father and husband?
- How does the character of Jesus change the way you serve your family? Does it change the way you think about equality of fairness within your marriage and home?
