With so much going on in the world, it’s important to be mindful of how we practice self-care. We have to ensure that how we treat ourselves is in the highest alignment with the goal of having as much kindness, patience, and compassion as we can. But as we start to make changes, we’re not going to see those results right away, and that can lead to shame or being hard on ourselves. We don’t need to beat ourselves up—we just need to show ourselves a bit more love.
