Do you ever just 'know' something? You can't explain how or why, but it doesn't even matter because you 'know' with such certainty that you don't need the evidence.
Like you 'know' you were meant to cross someone's path... And so you listen to that knowing and lean in.
You 'know' there's a worthwhile reason behind a seemingly difficult situation... And so you accept it more gracefully than you typically might.
You 'know' that a decision, action or choice will pay off... And so the usual self-doubt or imposter-like feeling is atypically absent.
You 'know' you have found your purpose around a particular thing... Though the path may not even be clearly you feel confident to move towards it regardless.
What is that? Why can we access it sometimes but so often override it or ignore it? Can we better learn to tune into it?
Couldn't think of anyone better for this conversation than Craig Harper who's all about how humans minds work... Enjoy!
