186: Reducing Alcohol Intake w/ Georgia Foster
On the Reclamation Project today, Julianne chats with Georgia Foster, a clinical hypnotherapist and voice dialogue trainer. She is known as the “Alcohol Reduction Expert” in the UK and Australia. Georgia has written many books and developed a number of online self help programs about self esteem, anxiety, emotional overeating, and drinking.
