Feedback is something that has to be communicated very delicately or else it can become a blunder, it can quickly turn into a blame game! This is where the 'sandwich method of feedback' comes in! It means to add the negative feedback between two compliments -good news, bad news, good news- so that the negative feedback is not right there, on the face!
