The traveling Umbra Carnival has set up shop just outside of the small village of Ilsurian - but festivities are cut short when a series of crimes occur in the quiet fishing village. With all evidence implicating the carnival, Further Investigation is brought in to try and sort fact from fiction, before the locals take matters into their own hands.
