BTS Boundaries you need to implement if you want a healthy mindset
Today I want to dive into something I’ve spoken about before in parts but not to this degree of specificity before and that is, boundaries I feel are non-negotiable if we want to protect and have a healthy mindset.
I’m going to focus on three key boundaries I feel we should all set to protect our connection to self and these are Boundaries with - people who’s voices overpower your own, topics that trigger you (or topics with certain people), work boundaries. Tune in to learn more!
