Ep #21: Finding your Purpose and the Relentless Pursuit of Success w/Bill Baker

In today’s episode, I’m joined by Bill Baker. Bill & I first connected online through Apex, but then met in person late last year as we are both in The Champions Circle with WinRate Consulting. This was a fun episode, as Bill and I discussed what it means to find your purpose and why, in life. He talks about being relentless in the pursuit of building businesses to support both of those, and the importance around not giving up. 

Bill Baker is a serial Entrepreneur & 3rd generation finish carpenter with a background solely in the construction industry for the last 20+ years. He is married to his amazing Wife Heather, and Father to 3 out of this world children, Layla(10), Madison(9) & Jackson(4).  He grew up working in his Grandfather's remodeling business.

He is the CEO of both, Relentless Carpentry & Surface Solutions in Mokena, IL. 

Over the years, Bill has gained enough hands on experience and knowledge to confidently start a 5 star, multi million dollar remodeling business as well as acquire a multi million dollar countertop business. With Bill's relentless passion for what he does, his companies continue to grow year over year.
