One of the things on everyone’s summer bucket list is floating the Boise River. And we all have a story about it. That time you lost your brand new iPhone. Or the day your friend popped the pool floaty. Or when you watched your flip flops go sailing downstream without you. Even though tubing the river is pretty straightforward, it’s not without its complications.
That’s why we’re talking with Robbie Sosin from Ada County Parks and Waterways. Robbie’s got lots of pro tips on how to float the river with style: what to wear…where to park…even where you can pick up some great river gear in town.
And speaking of pro tips, be sure to subscribe to our newsletter, where you’ll get the scoop on the city delivered to your inbox every weekday morning. You should stay in touch with us on Twitter and Instagram, too. And for more great summertime survival tips, listen to our “How To Beat the Boise Heat” episode from earlier this month.
