Too Caught Up, Nuff Said • 12/31/19 • The Why Run?! Podcast

Before the year is up, I want to talk about all the self neglect I've been facing throughout the year 2019. I haven't realized it until exactly two weeks ago when the luv of my life didn't luv me anymore. I needed to sit down and have a long talk with myself as to why that could be. Of course, I cannot and may never know how he had come to find that within himself about me, but I had to self recognize what I was or wasn't doing. And you'll be surprised to know that I shouldn't be looking for what HE found wrong in me but, what I was or wasn't allowing myself to do. This really had nothing to do with a relationship. This had everything to do with what I've been keeping from myself due to doing FOR other people. I totally left myself out of receiving the things that I really wanted for myself. AND for a little more added fun, I go on a short rant about how people that work at the nail salon can be quite agressive when doing your nails. Am I right or, am I right?
