Why you should stop manifesting (do this instead)
I love the idea of creating the world we want to live in, but I also know from years of working in the personal growth industry that there's a lot of messaging out there about manifesting that isn't helping.
In fact, it probably isn't helping your mental health.
You can feel like a failure if you tried to manifest something and it didn't work out, this is because everything you're hearing is all wrong.
It isn't about thought with no action, it isn't about believing and hoping or just thinking positive. This will leave you high and dry and feeling terrible about yourself.
In this episode, I teach you how to create shifts from within, instead of trying to manifest things you're going to think of yourself as a magnet, create shifts within yourself and notice how you already have everything you are seeking.
