Seattle Sutton is 90 years-old and a powerhouse in the health and business world! Seattle began her career as a registered nurse and even taught nursing for many years. When she was 53, Seattle decided to help her patients eat healthier by creating the now well-known meal plan service, Seattle Sutton's Healthy Eating.  Her company became a multi-million dollar family business that she just sold a couple of years ago.  Seattle kept me laughing this entire interview.
