Christie started Helping Hearts Heal following her own experience of giving birth to her beautiful daughter Emme, who was stillborn. Christie shares her deeply personal story, of how she felt others saw her, treated her, and how she treated herself. She offers so many insights on the anatomy of grief- of journeying through the many layers and waves and shares how she has been healing while still maintaining connection.
