This week the GB Speedway Team begin the Speedway of Nations as reigning champions for the first time in 32 years! Our special guest is GB Joint Team Manager Olly Allen, who looks back on the momentous day last year, and ahead to this year's tournament where arguably a stronger GB team look to retain the crown.

It also the British Final on Monday August 1st, we look ahead to another massive fixture in the calendar where not only will the 2022 champion be crowned, but the wildcard for the Cardiff GP will be decided. We speak to current champion Adam Ellis too..!

Tom Brennan will be riding at Cardiff in SGP2, but also in the SON 2 in Vojens on Friday night, and we speak to Tom ahead of a very bust month.
