Kat John is creator of the global ZEROFKS movement, she has a meditation app coming soon, she’s host of the REAL, RAW, RELATABLE podcast, a coach, keynote speaker and she runs workshops. She has been in the process of transitioning to a plant-based diet over many years and I truly believe that her experience will inspire you to do similar and most importantly, allow you to learn from her experience and the set backs.
