We managed to get a facilitated Release Process® that is podcast appropriate.
This was not a planned Release. Simply tapping into what is present on the day.
The first 15 minutes is a follow up since we last met (Part 2 podcast).
Then we dive into finding out what to release on- this goes into more detail than usual so I can give you insight into how a release works.
Then 25 minutes in is the actual facilitated process.
There are many variations to the Release Process® that I have created, this is one of them. When you’ve got issues with your younger self (rather than a person)… I explain more.
