Cursed Possessions: The Swansea Devil

The Swansea Devil, aka Old Nick vanished in 1962.  The 3 foot tall cursed statue had spent the previous 50 years staring menacingly at the building he was prophesized to see destroyed.  The statue was recently discovered.  Could this demonic sculpture still be cursed?
