Ingrid Seaburn answers all my skincare woes. As one of the last perimenopause symptoms I'm still battling with, it's so good to talk with a skincare expert in her 50's who knew exactly what I need to do. And it's not all topical!
Ingrid is a famous facialist having clients such as Delta Goodrem, Teri Hatcher, Pip Edwards (Yes! Founder of P.E Nation) and Rachel Griffiths to name a few. She was also 2 degrees of separation to doing George Clooney's facial but you'll have to listen to the podcast to hear all about that!
