If you're like 75% of Americans, you may be suffering from it.
In my own way, I am too.
Which is why I'm planning a mini sabbatical in August. I'm not fully taking time off, but I am adjusting my schedule to allow for connection and to refresh my body, mind and soul.
You may not be able to adjust your calendar for an entire month, but perhaps you can block out a day off, half a day, or even a few hours over the weekend.
