The Senate is expected to consider a reconciliation bill misleadingly named the Inflation Reduction Act. The overall spending for the climate and energy provisions of the bill is a whopping $369 billion. The legislation, which is an effort to centrally plan energy use and production, promotes a Green New Deal wish list for far-left extremists, from their favored electricity generation, vehicles, to agricultural practices.
