DeMarcus Harris named Head Football at Mesquite after serving as the defensive coordinator for Cedar Hill High School and helping the team to a Texas state football championship runner-up in 2020. Coach Harris is completing his 14th year in education as a teacher and coach and his passion for teaching and coaching show through in the details of how he runs his program.
He sat down with us at the THSCA Coaching School in San Antonio to talk about how he develops the people in his program.
