This week Scott welcoms Ivan De Prume to the show. Ivan, known for his work in the early days of White Zombie, also has his new band Boundless Joy.
Ivan grew up in Brooklyn, NY which is where he'd go on to meet future bandmate Sean Yseult. In this conversation, Ivan discusses his upbringing in New York as well as early musical influences.
In this episode, you'll get the backstory of how White Zombie was formed as well as how he got into drumming.
As per usual, Scott takes Ivan on a trip down memory lane as they go over his recorded works including Psychohead Blowout, Soulcrusher, Make Them Die Slowly, God of Thunder, and the story behind the breakout album by White Zombie 'La Sexorcisto: Devil Music Volume 1.'
During touring for the 'La Sexorcisto' album, Ivan left the band. In this conversation, he shares the story of his departure.
