I know, I hate anyone telling me I "should" do something too, but my hopes with this episode is to share enough benefits to resistance training that you're easily convinced to add it to your repertoire OR become more consistent with it. After a reel/tiktok I made was placed in front of quite a few new eyes, the messaging about exercise not burning as many calories as many think was perceived by some as "don't exercise". NOT TRUE! Exercise is incredibly important for our overall well-being, specifically resistance training.
