Calls for new national strategy to help Ohio prepare for natural disasters
(OHIO NEWS CONNECTION) - Some local leaders, along with environmental and scientific groups, are asking for a new federal strategy to help cities and states better prepare for the impacts of natural disasters, like flooding.
