Let’s talk Healing

This was a short inspirational message to inspire those who are seeking to heal but may not know where to start. It’s not easy facing those things that have cause us pain hurt or broken us, left us with open wounds, But we gotta stop bleeding and cutting everyone else who didn’t cause it. Some of shit is ancestral and generational. Break the cycle! starting with yourself. Do that shadow work no matter how hard it may be, find beauty in your healing at the same time.
