Once their Big 5 are accomplished, daily chores are done. *Remember work hard, play hard mentality. 4. Create time boundaries & set up "in your face" clocks 5. Create a time cushion - plan for blowouts, tantrums, spills and more! Plan ahead for less stress. 6. Start their day off right - Be the one who begins their day on a positive note. Empower them with goodness. 7. Don't eat the whole elephant, just one bite, one step at a time.
