Mindfulness (Consciousness) Vs. Subconsciousness (Auto Pilot)
Yoga is about being present, and mindful... conscious. However, we do need our brains to work on Auto Pilot at times so we aren't exhausted every day thinking about every action we take.
You do have the power to practice more Mindfulness, learn some tips and tricks to bring yourself back TO YOURSELF with identifying where you are on auto pilot, and how you can use Starting Rituals to propel you to take action !
