In this guided meditation practice we are using a visualization to connect with the element of water. We are tuning into the water within us, and using it to heal ourselves. As we focus and bring the awareness to water we are cultivating a deeper connection to ourselves and what it is that we need. Through a visulization practice we are exploring our own water, and learning how to best care for it. We are opening ourselves up to receiving healing and deep wisdom through this meditation.
