A trio of authors, James Dyke, Robert Watson and Wolfgang Knorr, wrote an award-winning piece for The Conversation that was headed; "Climate scientists: concept of net-zero is a dangerous trap".

Renowned climate activist, Greta Thunberg, heaped praise on the acticle saying it was one of the most important texts she had ever read on the climate and ecological crisis.
