American Foundation For Children With AIDS Provides Hope And Improves Lives

Tanya Weaver, Executive Director of the American Foundation for Children with AIDS (AFCA), has helped families in some of the most underserved and marginalized communities in Africa. AFCA is a non-profit organization providing critical comprehensive services to infected and affected HIV+ children and their caregivers. Their programs are efficient and work successfully by promoting self-reliance and sustainability. 

Tanya shares how the organization helps the children in the programs become citizens of their country who are able to take care of themselves and know they have value.
