We are back at you with another Late Night Thursday episode with my very own twin brother Jonti! Jonti is currently a football coach, university student and night club promoter! On top of all of that, he manages to fit in at least 5 weights sessions a week and maintain his social life. His relationship with fitness and food has been very interesting; from losing 20kg at 15 years old, putting it back on, a health scare and now, finding his feet in the health and fitness world.
