Her leadership provides figurative (and sometimes actual) glue for creative collaboration. Working at Uplevel, her team creates product solutions to be simple, functional, and beautifully designed. With a BFA in Design from Cornish College of the Arts, she has 20 years of experience in digital advertising and marketing as well as product design. Nicole has led teams to create award-winning work for advertising agencies, in-house design departments, boutique design studios, and start-ups.
