2022 AgriFutures Rural Women's Award Finalists: Josie Clarke
"When I was five years old my dad had a truck accident and that resulted in him becoming a paraplegic. We're from a beef cattle farm and it was a big life change for us but we decided to stay on the farm."
Improving accessibility in the agricultural industry is a goal for Josie Clarke. She launched Ability Agriculture and is on a mission to give a voice to people living with a disability, to change perceptions of their capacity to work in agriculture and create opportunities for them to be involved in the sector they love.
