This episode revisits a topic I've done previously-- mindfulness, brain science & using adult coloring books. I bought an adult coloring book from Dollar Tree awhile ago & it was entitled ANTI-STRESS: Meditation through Adult Coloring Book by Dr. Stan Rodski. It mapped out the different states of the brain e.g. beta, alpha, theta & delta, the significance of patterns, shapes, colors & frequencies, etc. Coloring is so much deeper than we thought & it's not just for our children! haha
