In this guided daily meditation practice we are exploring the importance of words and our inner communication. We are taking inventory about how we are speaking within and the tone of our own communication. As we move deeper into this exploration we are starting to recognize the power that lives within our words. We are sharing affirmations and shifting into a positive space of communicating. We are giving ourselves an abundance of love and care as we start to build healthy inner conversations.
