In this weeks episode I share the perspective of taking care of yourself as the mother (through healthy and mature practices and mentalities to nurture, inspire and nourish yourself) so that you can be filled and be your best to then pour out into your children even better. I share a few examples in my own life of family practices/cultures that are normalised in our home that enable me to pursue the things I know I need to be energised and focused to live out motherhood in a life filled way.
